This is Luke.... Morgans husband using her email to leave a review. I put 6 bucks in for the automatic to get the salt off of Morgan's explorer. It says please wait... car wash in use. It's not in use and nobody is here. I tried calling the phone number and nobody answers that either.

I arrived at 1:00 pm with three cars ahead of me. The gentleman applied a presoak sprayed all three of the vehicles in front of me, each appeared to only get the $5 wash. I got the deluxe at the cost of $8 and he DID NOT spray my bumper or windshield like the others. As he motioned me to enter I asked him if he would please scrub the back window of my SUV. He said yes mame not a problem. I entered and he proceeded to presoak the three vehicles behind me, not once making an attempt to scrub my window as requested. As I was leaving I motioned for him and Thanked him for doing a fine job on my window....he replied oops the machine took off before I could get to it. I said NO, you took it upon yourself to presoak the three vehicles behind me when I just paid for the $8 deluxe. I have mixed feelings returning to the wash, because he was inconsiderate of a minor task on a new vehicle but worries about presoaking a beat up caddy. Just had to rant....I was not pleased at all.
Went to run vehicle through the automatic, charged my debit card 8 for the deluxe wash, went into the bay. Nothing except the undercarriage prewash. No wash, no rinse, had a man come behind us and tell us the same thing happened to him yesterday. Do to the muddy truck bay to hand wash..coin machine didn't work, used debit card again, soap was out..
